Privacy Policy

We deliberately collect as little as possible. The questionnaire is about your household's routines — not about your child as an individual.

Owner note: this is a starting template and requires owner/legal review before launch. Set legal.requiresLegalReview to false in the site configuration once reviewed to hide this notice.

What we collect

Questionnaire answers: age ranges, device types, difficult times of day, frustrations, what happens when screen time ends, how rules are handled, your goals and how much change feels realistic. Optionally, a short free-text note.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to provide: your child's name, date of birth, school, address, medical diagnoses or any health information.

If you purchase: your email address and payment metadata from our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

Attribution and analytics: an anonymous visitor identifier, the campaign/content parameters in the link you arrived from, and internal events such as "questionnaire started" or "plan viewed".

Why we process it

To build your personalised plan, to deliver the product you paid for, to send the seven-day programme emails, to provide long-term access, and to understand which content brings people to us.

AI processing

Your questionnaire answers (never your email or payment details) are used to generate your personalised plan through a large language model provider. The plan is guidance only and is not medical, psychological or diagnostic advice.

Processors we use

Payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), hosting and database, and an AI model provider for plan generation.

Retention

Questionnaire sessions that never lead to a purchase are kept only as long as needed for product analysis. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and to give you continued access to what you bought.

Advertising

We do not use your questionnaire answers for advertising targeting. Non-essential analytics and advertising tools are only loaded where you have given consent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email hello@parentreset.co and we'll help.
